Here's a great little video dealing with the fresh and organic food solutions cuba has adopted since the fall of the USSR, which cut off all aid the country received prior.

Occupying the pillar of Sustainability, this video gives us a peek into our own uncertain future, with the interesting parrallel of a US collapse in the place of the USSR.
